NOTE: This position is at-will and is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Attorney General (W.S. 9-1-608). This position opening is for an attorney in the Attorney General’s Office, Tort Litigation Division, to provide legal representation to Workforce Services – including but not limited to the Unemployment Tax Division, Unemployment Insurance Division, Division of Mine Inspections and Safety, and the Unemployment Insurance Commission – and the State Mining Council in administrative and court proceedings.
