The City of Cheyenne is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide legal advice and representation to the Mayor and City council, and to the various departments of the City, including the City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities; to draft ordinances and resolutions; to appear in state and federal courts on behalf of the City; and to perform other duties as assigned by the City Attorney.

Qualifications:
a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, hold or be eligible for, membership in the Wyoming State Bar, and two years of experience in city or related government law is preferable.

Salary and Benefits:
Generous benefits package, salary $60,000 annually.
