CALL FOR COMMENTS - Proposed Rule Revisions

The Wyoming Supreme Court has expressed concern about the lack of consistency between the rules applicable to suspension of lawyers for non-payment of license fees and those applicable to suspension of lawyers for non-compliance with continuing legal education (“CLE”) requirements. In an effort to bring consistency to the rules, some revisions are being proposed to the following:
