CALL FOR COMMENTS - Proposed Rule for Standards of Professional Behavior

The subject of professionalism and civility among attorneys has been an ongoing source of discussion and comment between Wyoming lawyers for many years. Recently, a Professional Standards Advisory Committee was formed to address the perceived need for written standards on the subject. A dedicated cross-section of lawyers and judges looked into revising Rule 801 of the Uniform Rules of the District Courts. After numerous meetings and discussions, the Rule is being placed for comment with the membership.
