Information we gather
We do not gather personal information from our visitors unless an order/registration/request is placed.
Our server does maintain logs of visits to and use of its web pages. Our site uses this information only for statistical analysis in order to make the sites more user friendly. No personal information is gathered in these logs. The collected information is not used to identify individual users and internet service providers.
Our server does have security measures which, in the event of any attempt at compromising the website and/or its support systems, are capable of identifying the offending individual user and the user's internet service provider. All efforts at breaching the security of the state website and/or its support systems will be referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency for investigation and prosecution.
How we use the information we gather

The people that are given access to this information
Once a order/registration/request SSL web form is submitted, only the Wyoming State Bar staff and server administrator are able to view your information.
The security measures we have in place to protect your personal information
