Wright Elected Chair of Wyoming State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Rebecca S. Wright, an attorney from Thayne, Wyoming, has been elected to serve as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section. She will serve for one year.
Wright succeeds Holli Welch of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Wright is a solo attorney in Thayne, Wyoming, where she practices family law, transactional real estate law, and business law. In addition to her regular practice, Rebecca takes on cases from the Teton County Access to Justice Center, providing access to legal services for those who could not otherwise afford representation.
Wright was born in Dallas, Texas, and moved to Jackson Hole in 1995. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Business Management in 2002 and earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming in 2016.
In her capacity as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, Wright will serve as an Ex-Officio member of the Bar’s Board of Officers & Commissioners.
