Hibben Elected President-Elect of Wyoming State Bar
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Nathaniel S. Hibben, an attorney from Torrington, Wyoming, has been elected President-Elect of its organization and will serve as President in 2019-2020.
The 2018/2019 Election of Officers was held according to Article II, Section 1 and Article VI of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar. The results of the election were announced last week in Laramie, Wyoming, at the Bar’s Annual Business Meeting.
Hibben succeeds Weston T. Graham of Sheridan, Wyoming, who is now the President of the Bar. Hibben previously served as the Wyoming State Bar Commissioner representing the Eighth Judicial District (Converse, Goshen, Niobrara and Platte Counties) from 2014 – 2018.
Hibben lives and practices in Torrington, Wyoming, in a three-member office. He maintains a general law practice, with an emphasis on litigation. Hibben graduated from Iowa State University and Liberty University School of Law, cum laude. He is married and has four children.
In his capacity as President-Elect, Hibben will serve as a member-at-large of the Board of Commissioners and a member of the Executive Committee. He will temporarily perform duties of the president in the event of temporary absence or disability of the president.
Hibben will serve the next term as President of the Wyoming State Bar (2019-2020).
