Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael K. Davis, who acts as Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission, announced today that Circuit Judge I Vincent Case, Jr., Eighth Judicial District, will be retiring when his current term of office expires on January 3, 2021.

The Wyoming Supreme Court has suspended Jonathan C. Schnal, a lawyer from Saratoga, from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education.

After consultation with the Board of Law Examiners, the Wyoming State Bar has added additional dates for a fall bar exam in the event that applicants who would prefer not to sit for the July exam due to concerns related to the pandemic.

The Wyoming Supreme Court today issued a public censure to Casper lawyer Todd H. Hambrick. In 2019, Hambrick had two separate DUI arrests, one in Grand Teton National Park and the other in Casper.

The Wyoming Supreme Court issued an order of public censure to Casper attorney John C. Hoard. The public censure stemmed from Hoard’s lack of diligence in representing a client in a bankruptcy matter.
