CORRECTION and SUPPLEMENT to 2014 Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions

The Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions Committee has submitted a correction along with a supplement to the 2014 Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions.
- The Theft instruction was inadvertently omitted from the 2014 instructions. It can be downloaded here.
- Click here to download a replacement instruction reflecting the new case law on “malice” in second degree murder.
- Click here to download a correction to page 223 of the 2014 instructions, which notes that instruction 34.02A was repealed in July 2013.
