The Uniform Commercial Code has been called “the most ambitious codification ever undertaken,” as its provisions cover billions of transactions daily. Just about any transaction involving the sale, lease, movement, and financing of goods is governed by the UCC. Yet, very few lawyers have a solid understanding of this intricate system of rules and regulations.
Fortunately, the author of the acclaimed legal treatise, The UCC Made Easy, Robert LeVine can make the UCC easy to understand in this full-day seminar. And armed with a complete understanding of the UCC, lawyers can draft more favorable agreements for clients.
Faculty
Robert LeVine is a graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law, former law professor, national legal consultant, and frequent CLE presenter for bar associations across the country. He is also the author of The Uniform Commercial Code Made Easy, an internationally recognized book that uniquely teaches the intricacies and interrelations of the articles of the UCC through a short story/novel approach.
In addition to being a bona fide expert on the UCC, Mr. Levine has a high-energy speaking style that conveys his passion for the law and will ignite your passion as well.
