Wyoming Supreme Court Reinstates Laramie Attorney
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Supreme Court issued an order reinstating Laramie attorney Jo Ann Fulton to the practice of law effective immediately.
Fulton was suspended in 2006 for various conduct that violated the Wyoming Rules of Professional Conduct. Fulton first sought reinstatement in 2012, but following a hearing before the Board of Professional Responsibility (BPR), reinstatement was denied. Fulton filed another petition for reinstatement in 2015, to which Bar Counsel stipulated upon a showing of fitness to practice law on Fulton’s part. Upon consideration of the parties’ stipulation, the BPR recommended that Fulton be reinstated. The Court accepted the BPR’s recommendation and returned Fulton to the active practice of law.
